How we got started:

It all started with a google doc named talk, where friends would talk about stuff.

That expanded into something called TalkTube. TalkTube was almost like youtube where you post videos for everyone to see. It was awesome. Then we found google sites where we built the second version of TalkTube. We started to research website making.

The idea that brought postio into our minds was: could we make something like this for everyone? We changed the name and added more advanced features. And that is how we started Postio.
